Tzplan is a product of Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.

Use of the tool

Tzplan is a free, browser-based time zone planning tool. It is provided for informational purposes to help find overlapping working hours across time zones. You may use it for any lawful purpose without restriction — no account, no registration, no payment required.

No warranty

This tool is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The time zone data is derived from your browser's built-in time zone database and the author's city-to-zone mapping, which may contain errors or omissions. You use the tool at your own discretion.

Limitations

As stated on the product pages, Tzplan:

  • Does not connect to any calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, or otherwise).
  • Does not send invitations or emails — there is no email sender on this site.
  • Does not know anybody's real availability — you must enter working hours yourself.
  • Does not store any data after you close the tab.

Do not use this tool for scheduling where an error could cause harm (for example, critical medical or safety-related coordination).

No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agen2ic, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published at this URL.

Billing

Tzplan is currently free. No payment is required to use any feature of the tool. There is no trial, no subscription, no credit card required, and no limitation on use.

If a paid tier is introduced in the future — for server-hosted features such as calendar sync, team accounts, or saved schedules — billing will be processed through a connected payment processor (Stripe). The operator will publish clear pricing and billing terms before any charge is incurred.

For any paid service that is offered in the future:

  • Price and billing period: The price and billing interval (monthly or annual) will be displayed at checkout and confirmed before any payment is collected.
  • Failed payment: If a recurring payment fails, we will retry the charge up to three times over seven days. If payment is not received after the retries, access to paid features may be suspended until the account is brought current.
  • Refunds: Refund requests for any paid tier will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a service is discontinued or materially defective, a full pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of the billing period. Refunds for other reasons (change of mind, accidental purchase) will be considered but are not guaranteed.

As of September 2026, no paid tier exists. The checkout shown on the pricing page is a demonstration only, connected to Stripe in test mode — it will not charge any real card.
